These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and y99com (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), an internationally oriented online gaming and sports betting operator accessible at https://y99com.cam.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are not depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful source.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. y99com will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you unless you notify us of suspected unauthorised access within a reasonable time.

KYC Verification: The Platform may require you to submit identity documents — which may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any stage. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bonuses and, where fraud is suspected, withhold balances pending investigation.

Deposits: Funds may be deposited into your Account using the payment channels available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period, as displayed in the cashier interface. • Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Attempting to exploit promotional terms through systematic or mechanical wagering — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting or coordinated group play — constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close Accounts where such conduct is identified.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it is binding. Bets will be settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body or, where no official result is published, according to the Platform's own determination based on available evidence.

Odds: The Platform reserves the right to correct manifestly erroneous odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Where a bet has been accepted at an erroneous price that is clearly the result of a technical fault or human error, the Platform reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or to void it entirely, at its discretion.

Casino & Live Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session result.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and market and may be adjusted at any time.
• Bets placed after the official event start time in non-live markets may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether personally or through nominees.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Attempting to launder, conceal or disguise the origin of funds through gaming activity on the Platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, data compilations and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of y99com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of y99com.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and could constitute a criminal offence in applicable jurisdictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y99com, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service, technical faults or Platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. y99com makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

By the Platform: y99com reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the entire balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

By the User: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Before closure, all open bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable fees will be returned to you via an available payment channel, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, details of which are available upon request. Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance.
